Dr. Keaney completed her residency training in Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital, one of the premier pediatric programs in the country. There, she was recognized as the “Intern of the Year” in 2010-2011. She has a particular interest in the role of breastfeeding in newborn care, as well as the care of complex pediatric conditions.

Personal Notes
Dr. Keaney, a native Texan, first came to St. Louis in 2002 for her undergraduate education at St. Louis University. She not only fell in love with the city, but with her husband as well. The two moved back to the area after residency to raise their three children. In her free time, Dr. Keaney enjoys outdoor activities with her kids and rescue dog, cooking, traveling, and all things St. Louis sports—especially the Cardinals and the Billikens.
